FinPlace Global Services (“we”) respects your family’s privacy. This policy explains what information the ShikhoKhelo app and website collect and how we use it, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Your child’s first name (if typed), stars, completed levels and settings are saved only in your browser’s storage on your device. They are not sent to us. Clearing the browser data or uninstalling removes them.
Payments are handled by our payment partner (for example Razorpay) under its own privacy policy. We never receive or store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank passwords.
The website is hosted by a cloud provider that may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security. We do not use these logs to identify you.
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the Service (payments, hosting, email), or when the law requires it.
The app is designed for children to use under parental supervision. Only a parent or guardian can make a purchase, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has shared personal data with us, please contact us and we will delete it.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by writing to finplaceglobal@gmail.com. We keep purchase records for as long as tax laws require.
The Service runs on HTTPS, and access to our records is limited to people who need it.
