These terms apply to the ShikhoKhelo app and website (the “Service”), owned and operated by FinPlace Global Services, Baksara National Place, Howrah 711110, West Bengal, India (“we”, “us”). By using the Service or buying a Family Pass you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. The Service

ShikhoKhelo offers learning activities for children aged 2 to 8, organised into age packs, learning paths and levels. Level 1 of every learning path is free. The Family Pass unlocks the remaining levels of all age packs.

2. Family Pass, price and payment

• The Family Pass is a one-time purchase. The price shown at checkout is the final price and includes GST.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (for example Razorpay). We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• A GST invoice is issued by FinPlace Global Services (GSTIN 19CDDPD2809Q2Z7) for every purchase.
• Launch prices and offers may change, but a price change never affects a pass you have already bought.

3. Licence and permitted use

• The Family Pass gives one family a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service on up to 3 devices.
• It includes all content available at the time of purchase and free updates for 2 years from the date of purchase. Later major new content may be offered separately.
• You may not copy, share, resell, rent, publish, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, its content, unlock codes or account access.
• Schools, coaching centres and other institutions need a separate institutional licence. Please contact us.

4. Accounts and misuse

If we find that a pass or account is being shared, resold or used beyond these terms, we may suspend or cancel it without refund. We may also take legal action to protect our rights.

5. Intellectual property

All questions, explanations, designs, audio, code and the names “ShikhoKhelo” and “FinPlace Global Services” belong to FinPlace Global Services and are protected by copyright and other laws. Some pictures are Twemoji graphics © Twitter/X and contributors, used under the CC-BY 4.0 licence.

6. Educational content

The content is designed with reference to the ICSE syllabus for early learners, but ShikhoKhelo is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, CISCE or any school, and it supports, but does not replace, school teaching and parental guidance.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and correct, but it is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Family Pass.

8. Children

The Service is meant to be used by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who makes any purchase and agrees to these terms.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the new date on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Howrah, West Bengal have jurisdiction.
